Dear Jim,
I wanted to take the time to thank you for the wonderful job you did for
us. As you know, we are a construction company. Our guys aren't in the
office that often, but when they are, they can be pretty messy! Their
boots are always covered with mud and dirt. Plus, it had been at least
three years since the carpets had been cleaned. We thought our floors were
beyond all hope! You really came to the rescue. The carpets look great!
You even managed to get the high-traffic areas clean. You also did a
fantastic job with the ceramic tile. It looks newly installed again. Your
price was very reasonable too.
I couldn't be happier with your work at our office! In fact, several of us
were so impressed with the job you did that we had you do carpets and
upholstery in our homes too. I personally trusted you enough to do my
floors when I was on vacation. You even locked up for me!
The Magic Wand is a rare find…reliable and trustworthy, reasonably priced,

We were a first time customer about three months ago. Our carpet and steps
in our basement really needed a good cleaning. I was somewhat expecting
the type of cleaning I have had in the past which is that it looks O.K.
for a period of time but spots etc. resurface.
I was truly amazed with this service as the carpet and steps looked new
and they STILL DO!!!That can be a difficult task as I have two kids, dog
etc.
I would highly recommend Magic Wand for all your cleaning needs, as
they did a phenomenal job!!
Thank you Magic Wand for making my carpets look like new again!!!
